Since she can remember Erica has been asking herself, what is my purpose? What am I here to do? How can I serve others and the world? The answers guided her to take a deep journey through self-discovery and healing. With a relentless interest in health, wellness, personal development and growth, and business, Erica was guided to study with Deepak Chopra, Dr. John Demartini, and Tony Robbins, to name a few.
After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at St. Francis Xavier University, and her Masters in Business Administration at Saint Mary’s University, Erica pursued her passion for helping others through work in Human Resources Management. During this time, her enthusiasm for holistic health grew, and she became a Certified Yoga Life Coach, Certified Yoga Instructor, and a Reiki Master/Teacher. Since that time, Erica has continued education in alternative health and wellness care.
The calling to step deeper into integrative wellness care became so great that Erica decided to pursue it full-time to work with clients one-on-one and through group facilitation, workshops, and teaching. Erica’s intention when working with clients, individually or in a group, is to hold safe space for them to heal, grow and thrive, so that they may live their life’s purpose and follow their own calling.
Erica believes to continue to support and help others on their life’s path she must continue to challenge the limits of her own growth and comfort zone. One of her favorite ways to do this is through traveling, singing and continued personal development. Erica visited South America to climb the mountains of Peru and pay homage to the sacred Machu Picchu; four months later she and her sister flew to Africa to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. Erica is currently learning how to sing and write her own songs. Erica completes on-going training in Yoga, BodyTalk and Conscious Living Investigation.
